Large living room dining room of 53m2, 4 bedrooms, one of which is 20m2 with 4 beds and a fifth room of 10m2 with sofa bed serving as bedroom or TV lounge.
2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and a third with bathtub. A large garage and an adjoining utility room with freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Summary: Exceptionally beautiful! We enjoyed a wonderful 3 weeks in the vacation home on Nourmoutier. The peace and silence were wonderful. The house is very tastefully furnished, there is everything you need for a relaxing vacation, whether in the kitchen, in the living room, on the large terrace overlooking the Atlantic ... , which invited us to swim. Excursions around the island were interesting. The contact and communication with the landlord Loïck was extremely friendly and courteous! We would love to come back!
